This new range has been inspired by the strong style and artistic individuality of Clarice Cliff, the most prolific ceramic designer of her generation of the thirties. We have included in this range 6 all-over designs, as well as a panel of 6” squares containing 5 different scenes. All these have metallic gold on them and team up beautifully with our tonal stripe and featured textured plains, from our New Reflections range. The panel is inspired by landscape designs and set in a circle within a square, the theme of which has been picked up in an all-over design of trees, houses and rolling hills. Realistic crocuses and nasturtiums contrast with stylised and abstracted flowers, set with stripes and spots, and all these designs work together in 3 colorways. Bright reds, yellows, oranges, blues and greens and are all embellished with metallic gold to add lustre to these rich designs.
